Public discovery may be available without an account. Actions such as saving favourites, reservations, chat and account preferences require mobile-number verification.
A seller submits the required identity details and Aadhaar document. Seller tools remain locked until Localing Admin reviews and approves the application.
An approved business must also be marked open and live by the seller. It then appears only to buyers whose selected radius includes the business location.
The app may open an external UPI application with seller payment details. The payment is made directly between buyer and seller; Localing does not store UPI credentials or guarantee the transaction.
A reservation records a buyer’s interest in an eligible offer. It does not itself guarantee stock, fulfilment or delivery unless separately confirmed by the seller.
Yes. Location permission is requested by the app and can be changed in device settings. Location is used to calculate nearby results and, for live sellers, to publish current business location while enabled.
Use the report action available in the app or contact Localing support with the business or offer details and a clear explanation of the concern.
Use the account deletion request inside profile settings. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance.
